Head of Product

You will be working closely with the founders and Engineering to ensure that our product suite fulfills the company’s vision in a data-driven and agile way. You will help build and lead our team of Product Managers where competences, priorities and requirements vary between web2 and web3.

Your job will be to:

  • Manage and improve our Product Development process with a user centric focus
  • Work with the founders to define a product roadmap for the business
  • Be the voice of our users and service providers
  • Grow and manage a stellar product team
  • Manage stakeholder relationships
  • Own the roadmap of a product that becomes one of the TOP10 crypto projects in 3 years
  • Ensure high velocity of product development via dual track agile

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of working and leading product teams and functions
  • Experience (or working knowledge) in crypto, web3, blockchain, DeFi
  • Be comfortable with working in ambiguous environments where you need to find your own answers and solutions
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Have the ability to express complex ideas simply and clearly
  • Proficiency in English both verbal and written
  • An interest in Metaverse is a plus

Product Manager (PM)

You will be working closely with the Head of Product, the founders and Engineering to ensure that our product suite fulfills the company’s vision in a data-driven and agile way. You will work in one of our 6 product teams to make sure that our strategic goals translate into product features.

Your job will be to:

  • Own the backlog of the product
  • Manage biweekly sprints and work closely with POs from Engineering
  • Work with the founders and our Head of Product to turn our roadmap into reality
  • Make sure that our users and partners are salivating over our products
  • Write up user stories and manage product discovery
  • Prioritize product development
  • Create features that will increase the number of landowners and token holders

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of working in product teams and functions

Social media manager (Remote) a reliable social media manager that assists our current social media team with tasks so we can communicate better, faster and more effectively.

As a Social media manager you will:

  • Assist the current social media team
  • You will help with scheduling content, suggesting topics to discuss, posts to comment under, and help with other tasks.
  • Prepare graphics
  • Help with the creation of graphic material using our pre-made templates
  • Keep up with  trends so they can be addressed by our communication effectively

You are the one if you:

  • Have at least 6 months experience in the metaverse or crypto world (hold some DeFi positions, bought some NFTs, meta-land, spend time in CT), Have experience in managing social media
  • Perfect English and Crypto-English writing skills, and good English spoken skills
  • Are proactive and able to work independently (while still being aligned with a team)
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Detail Oriented and able to consistently deliver high-quality work in time
  • Advanced knowledge of Social Media Platforms (Twitter, Reddit, Discord, fb, ig, yt)

Marketing Manager

The marketing manager will have an operational part of the marketing team, make our marketing and communication plans a reality, conduct activities alongside KPIs as set out by the CMO. Driven by the company’s sales goals he / she will increase revenues and ROI of each activity.

As a marketing manager you will

  • Have a fast paced operational role in the marketing team
  • Accomplish our sales and marketing goals
  • Start and run online and offline activities that support reach company goals
  • Assess marketing / financial data to measure effectiveness
  • Evaluate earlier projects and continuously help developing our processes

You are the one if you

  • Have at least 2 years experience either on advertising agency or client side
